These Terms and Condtions (“T&Cs”) without any limitations or qualifications apply to all visitors, users and others who wish to access or use our website, our services and our apps.. Unless otherwise specified, these T&Cs apply in general when using lifebonder.com. Any additional conditions of use or access which may apply in specific scenarios are indicated within this document.
Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Services and explains how we collect, process, protect and share information that results from your use of our website, web pages and apps.

The LifeBonder mission is to create a social media platform that lives up to the promise of what social media can be: A tool to facilitate human connections rather than replacing them. We want to make the world a better place by filling a growing need for direct socializing outside social media - connecting people in friendships that are human, profound and meaningful. LifeBonder is a safe space for you to be you. We won't sell your data. We won't track you and your data outside of the LifeBonder platform which are protected with the highest level of encryption.
To use our Services, users must create a User account, providing all required information in a complete and truthful manner.
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and safe. For this reason, users are also required to choose passwords that meet the highest standards of strength permitted by lifebonder.com.
By registering, users agree to be fully responsible for all activities that occur under their username and password.
Users are required to immediately inform LifeBonder (via the contact details indicated in this document), if they think their personal information, including but not limited to their user account, access credentials or personal data, have been violated, unduly disclosed, compromised or stolen.
Registration of User accounts on lifebonder.com is subject to the conditions outlined here. By registering, Users agree to meet such conditions.
Users can terminate their account and stop using our Service at any time by doing the following:
LifeBonder reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend or delete at any time and without notice, any user accounts which it deems inappropriate, offensive or in violation of these T & Cs.
The suspension or deletion of user accounts shall not entitle users to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.
The suspension or deletion of accounts due to causes attributable to the user does not exempt the User from paying any applicable fees or prices.
During use of our Services, we may send you notifications related to the use of our Services (“transactional notifications”). We may provide you with options to choose the kind of notifications you would like to receive.
We may also occasionally send you promotional emails related to our Service. However, you may opt out of receiving any, or all, of promotional and marketing communications from us by following the unsubscribe link or by emailing at info@lifebonder.com.
Unless where otherwise specified or clearly recognizable, all content available on lifebonder.com is owned by LifeBonder and/or its licensors.
LifeBonder takes utmost efforts to ensure that the content provided on lifebonder.com violates no applicable legal provisions or infringes third-party rights.
In such cases, without any prejudice, Users’ are entitled to enforce their legal rights , However, Users are requested to first submit their complaints using the contact details provided in this document.
LifeBonder owns and/or controls all intellectual property rights for any content on lifebonder.com.
Users shall not be entitled to use the said content except for the limited purpose of the use of our Services. Any unauthorized use of the content may lead to initiation of appropriate action under the applicable laws including criminal prosecution.
In particular, but without limitation, Users shall not copy, download, share (beyond the limits set forth below), modify, translate, transform, publish, transmit, sell, sublicense, edit, transfer/assign to third parties or create derivative works from the content available on lifebonder.com, nor allow any third party to do so through the User or their device,. In case the User becomes aware of any such unauthorized activities carried out from its account by any third parties without the user’s knowledge or consent, the user must immediately inform LifeBonder using the contact details provided in this document.
Where explicitly stated on lifebonder.com, the User may download, copy and/or share some content available through lifebonder.com and LifeBonder related sites and services for its sole personal and non-commercial use and provided that the copyright attributions and all the other attributions requested by LifeBonder are correctly implemented. Users are bound by these T&Cs and shall not act without the prior written permission from Lifebonder as may be required under these T&Cs and/or any applicable law.
Any applicable statutory limitation or exception to copyright shall stay unaffected.
LifeBonder allows Users to upload, share or provide their own content on lifebonder.com.
By providing content to lifebonder.com, Users confirm that they are legally permitted to do so and that they are not infringing any statutory provisions and/or any third-party rights.
More about acceptable content is provided in later sections of this document.
Users acknowledge and accept that by providing their own content on lifebonder.com they grant LifeBonder a non-exclusive, fully paid-up and royalty-free license to process such content solely for the operation and maintenance of lifebonder.com as contractually required (including but not limited to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through our Service).
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Users waive any moral rights in connection with content they provide to lifebonder.com.
Users acknowledge, accept and confirm that all content they provide through lifebonder.com is provided subject to the same general conditions set forth for content on lifebonder.com. Users agree that this license includes the right for LifeBonder to make content available to other Users of our Service, who may also use this content subject to these T&Cs.
Users are solely liable for any content they upload, post, share, or provide through lifebonder.com and it’s apps. Users may not post any content that is unlawful, obscene, indecent, pornographic, profane, threatening, which may instigate violence or encourage any unlawful activity, gives rise to a liability, or violate any law. Additionally, users who access the Lifebonder’s services, website and apps shall be bound to agree and accept its community standards or guidelines as and when updated by Lifebonder.
Users acknowledge and accept that LifeBonder may filter or moderate such content in a preventative manner to ensure online safety and fairness, to prevent harm and to create a welcoming environment for users.
LifeBonder also reserves the right to refuse, censor, remove, delete, block or rectify such content at its own discretion or on the basis of a notice received from a third party and to deny access to lifebonder.com to the User uploading the said content without prior notice. if it is brought to its notice that such content violates any applicable legal provisions or infringes third party rights, or otherwise represents a risk for Users, third parties, LifeBonder and/or the use and availability of our Services.
The removal, deletion, blocking or rectification of content shall not entitle Users that have provided such content or that are liable for it, to any claims for compensation, damages or reimbursement.
Users agree to hold LifeBonder harmless from and against any claim asserted and/or damage suffered due to content they provided to or provided through lifebonder.com.
Through lifebonder.com, Users may have access to external resources provided by third parties. Users acknowledge and accept that LifeBonder has no control over such resources and is therefore not responsible for their content and availability.
Conditions applicable to any resources provided by third parties, including those applicable to any possible grant of rights in content are derived from the respective third parties’ terms and conditions or, in the absence of those, from applicable statutory laws.
In particular, on lifebonder.com Users may see advertisements provided by third parties. LifeBonder may not control or moderate the advertisements displayed via lifebonder.com. If Users click on any such advertisement, they will be interacting with any third party responsible for that advertisement.
LifeBonder is not responsible for any matters resulting from such interaction with third parties, such as anything resulting from visiting third-party websites or using third-party content.
Lifebonder.com and our Services can only be used within the scope of what they are provided for, under these T&Cs and applicable law.
Users are solely responsible for making sure that their use of lifebonder.com and/or our Services violates no applicable law, regulations or third-party rights.
Therefore, LifeBonder reserves the right to take any appropriate measures to protect its legitimate interests including by denying Users access to lifebonder.com or our Services, terminating contracts, close User’s account, reporting any misconduct performed through lifebonder.com or our Service to the competent authorities - such as judicial or administrative authorities - whenever Users engage or are suspected to engage in any of the following activities:

Nothing in these T&Cs excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy which the User may have under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and amendments thereto, or any similar State and Territory legislation which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified (non-excludable right). To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability to the User, including liability for breach of a legal right and a liability which is not otherwise excluded under these Terms of Use, is limited, to the re-performance of our services or the payment of the cost of having our services supplied again.
Lifebonder.com is provided strictly on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Use of our Service is at Users' own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the LifeBonder expressly disclaims all conditions, representations, and warranties — whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of third-party rights. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by user from LifeBonder or through our Service will create any warranty not expressly stated herein.
Without limiting the foregoing, LifeBonder, its subsidiaries, affiliates, licensors, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees do not warrant that the content is accurate, reliable or correct; that our Service will meet Users' requirements; that our Service will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; that any defects or errors will be corrected; or that our Service is free of viruses or other harmful components. Any content downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of our Service is downloaded at users own risk and users shall be solely responsible for any damage to Users’ computer system or mobile device or loss of data that results from such download or Users' use of our Service.
LifeBonder does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through our Service or any hyperlinked website or service, and LifeBonder shall not be a party to or in any way monitor any transaction between Users and third-party providers of products or services.
Our Service may become inaccessible or it may not function properly with Users' web browser, mobile device, and/or operating system. LifeBonder cannot be held liable for any perceived or actual damages arising from our Service content, operation, or use of this Service.
Federal law, some states, and other jurisdictions, do not allow the exclusion and limitations of certain implied warranties. The above exclusions may not apply to Users. This Agreement gives Users specific legal rights, and Users may also have other rights which vary from state to state. The disclaimers and exclusions under this agreement shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the LifeBonder, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees be liable for
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, therefore the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to User in such jurisdictions. The terms give User specific legal rights, and User may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction. The disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations of liability under the terms shall not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
The Users agrees to defend, indemnify and hold LifeBonder and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders, partners, suppliers and employees harmless from and against any and all claims or demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses, including, but not limited to, legal fees and expenses, arising from
LifeBonder's failure to exercise any right or provision under these T&Cs shall not constitute a waiver of any such right or provision. No waiver shall be considered a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other terms.
To ensure the best possible service level, LifeBonder reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance, system updates or any other changes by informing the Users appropriately.
Within the limits of law, LifeBonder may also decide to suspend or terminate its Service altogether. If our Service is terminated, LifeBonder will cooperate with Users to enable them to withdraw Personal Data or information in accordance with applicable laws.
Additionally, our Services might not be available due to reasons outside LifeBonder's reasonable control, such as “force majeure” (eg. labor actions, infrastructural breakdowns or blackouts or any other factors beyond our control ).
Users may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of lifebonder.com and of its Service without LifeBonder's express prior written permission, granted either directly or through a legitimate reselling program.

Without prejudice to any more specific provision of these Terms, any intellectual property rights, such as copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights and design rights related to lifebonder.com are the exclusive property of LifeBonder or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties relating to intellectual property.
All trademarks — nominal or figurative — and all other marks, trade names, service marks, word marks, illustrations, images, or logos appearing in connection with lifebonder.com are, and remain, the exclusive property of LifeBonder or its licensors and are subject to the protection granted by applicable laws or international treaties related to intellectual property.
LifeBonder reserves the right to amend or otherwise modify these Terms at any time. In such cases, LifeBonder will appropriately inform the User of these changes. Such changes will become applicable only from the date they are notified to the Users.
The continued use of our Service will signify the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If Users do not wish to be bound by the changes, they must stop using our Service. Failure to accept the revised Terms, may entitle either party to terminate the Agreement.
The applicable previous version will govern the relationship prior to the User's acceptance. The User can obtain any previous version of the T&Cs from LifeBonder.
If required by applicable law, LifeBonder will specify the date by which the modified Terms will enter into force.
The LifeBonder reserves the right to transfer, assign, dispose of by novation, or subcontract any or all rights or obligations under these T&Cs, taking the User's legitimate interests into account.
Users may not assign or transfer their rights or obligations under these T&Cs in any way, without the written permission of LifeBonder.
All communications relating to the use of lifebonder.com must be sent using the contact information stated in this document.
Should any provision of these Terms be deemed or become invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms constitute the entire Agreement between Users and LifeBonder with respect to the subject matter here of, and supersede all other communications, including but not limited to all prior agreements, between the parties with respect to the T&CS. These Terms will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law. Without prejudice to the above, the nullity, invalidity or the impossibility to enforce a particular provision of these Terms shall not nullify the entire Agreement, unless the severed provisions are essential to the Agreement, or of such importance that the parties would not have entered into the contract if they had known that the provision would not be valid, or in cases where the remaining provisions would translate into an unacceptable hardship on any of the parties.
These T&Cs are governed by the law of Kingdom of Denmark.
However, regardless of the above, if the User qualifies as a European Consumer and has their habitual residence in a country where the law provides for a higher consumer protection standard, such higher standards shall prevail.
The exclusive competence to decide on any litigation resulting from or connected to these T&Cs lies with the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Kingdom of Denmark
The above does not apply to any Users that qualify as European Consumers, nor to Consumers based in Switzerland, Norway or Iceland.
This Agreement shall continue in effect until it is terminated by either lifebonder.com or the User. Upon termination, the provisions contained in these Terms that by their context are intended to survive termination or expiration will survive, including but not limited to the following:
Any legally binding or contractual relationship between LifeBonder and the User, governed by these T&Cs.
Any User qualifying as a natural person who accesses goods or services for personal use, or more generally, acts for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Applies where a User is physically present or has their registered offices within the EU, regardless of nationality.
Indicates the natural person(s) or legal entity that provides lifebonder.com and/or the Service to Users.
The services provided by Lifebonder as described in these T&Cs and on lifebonder.com.
All provisions applicable to the use of lifebonder.com and/or our Service as described in this document, including any other related documents or agreements, and as updated from time to time.
Indicates any natural person or legal entity using lifebonder.com.
